Irish weather is so inspiring.. Either way! When it rains I love love crafting, on miserable days I go for bright colours to work with to cheer me up and when it’s sunny this sort of things are happening…
Banana and Peanut Butter Ice Lollies ๐ฆ๐๐๐
To DIY the lollies I’ve used:
- 250ml of milk
- 2 large spoons of peanut butter
- 1 large spoon of caster sugar
- 1 medium banana
I’ve liquidised everything using hand blender. Then off to freezer for couple hours and voilรก!
I had some left and filled the ice cube tray, so they will later go into my ice coffees!
Let me know your favourite simple ice lollies recipes, any healthier option?
