Oh.. Somehow I’ve deleted the content of this post… So here is a quick DIY for the chandelier! 
- Tulle fabric
- Insulation pipe+tape (or wreath styrofoam base)
- Ribbon to hang
- Crystals to decorate
To tie the tulle strips follow same instructions as when making tutu skirt!
